Who else loves decorating for Christmas?! Today I wanted to share just a few snapshots of my Christmas decor in my home. I look forward to decorating each year. I tend to keep my decor minimal and classic.

Starting off with the tree, I decided to do a red and gold color theme along with our memory ornaments. I love how some festive pics such as the red berry pics can easily dress up the tree. Can you find the skunk and squirrel?

This fall we added a mantel to our fireplace. I added 3 strands of faux real touch Norfolk pine garland with a gold and pearl garland accent. The real touch garland sells out fast every year! I found mine at Gerten's in October! I added two strands of battery powered wire twinkle lights for the finishing look.

On our buffet table I like to display our nativity. How darling are the cloches! I found the silver trays at Gerten's a few years ago and knew I had to have them to go along with my cloches. Behind the nativity I strung 5 strand of the real touch frosted Norfolk pine garland and added some wire twinkle lights to the top.

I hope you are enjoying decorating and preparing for Christmas festivities to come!

Best,

Rachel

Halloween has come and gone which means it is time to switch over window box decor!

Next to summer, winter is my second favorite season to design container and window box arrangements. Here is what I used for fresh greenery: 1 bundle of spruce tips (10 tips), 3 bundles of red pine in the front, 6 magnolia leave branches for a contrast in texture, oregonia and red dyed seeded eucalyptus as an accent. I topped it off with natural and glitter red pinecone picks and a set of three warm white twig lights. I purchased all of my supplies at Gertens (of course!)

To keep the fresh greens looking fresh all season long I sprayed them Wilt Pruf which helps to lock on moisture to prevent drying and browning of the greenery. I started using this a few years back and it truly helps the greens to look fresh well past New Years.

I swapped out my two front containers with spruce tips well. For an easy swap, I purchase pre-arranged pots and add cedar along the edges, berries and glitter picks.

Today I want to share my Weezie review. Weezie is a small luxury towel company and they are hands down my favorite towel brand! They truly live up to their slogan of "soft and fluffy". Not only are their towels soft and fluffy, but they are also highly absorbent. They add a touch of beauty and luxury to the bathroom. Each year I order a new set of bath towels. This past year I ordered monogram bath towels for Jake and I. I typically order the bath bundles as they are the best value. The pictured towels are in the light blue piping and threads in the Perry font. I have ordered the River and Mercer font and in the past and both are equally as beautiful.

Not only do they sell bath towels, but they also have rugs, shower curtains, make-up towels, bath mats, tissue box covers and robes. I have not purchased a Weezie product yet that I dislike. I love the the customization options Weezie has to offer and their products make great gifts! One of my go-to gifts is customized hand towels for newly weds or as a housewarming gift.

Weezie does not offer frequent sales, but they do have a birthday sale once per year during the first few weeks of October. This is the time to stock up on Weezie products as their entire site is usually 25% off! You can also get $20 off your purchase here!

Best,

Rachel
